CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ!!!! Cancellations | NO SHOW! | Re-booking: ⏰ 48-Hour Notice Required: All appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Please text me @ 559-837-0002 or dm me through instagram 48 hours in advance. 🚫 Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel or do not show up on the day of your appointment, your card will be charged 60% of the scheduled service. If you are 10 minutes or more late without contacting me, it is considered a no-show, and the 60% fee will still apply. 🔁 Second Cancellations / Reschedules: If you cancel, You will need a new deposit to reschedule. And if you are a no show I will charge 60% and collect no show fees. ***Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new deposit is required to book again. Whether it’s a different day or time a new deposit is required*** 📆 Future Appointments After a No-Show: If you no-show without communicating with me, you must contact me directly to book any future appointments. You will be required to pay for the full service up front before being scheduled.
